Mark has been a personal trainer and guiding people towards their health and fitness goals for over 13 years. With a focus on skill and age appropriate programs for his clients, he has helped them achieve a high level of fitness, healthy lives, and to develop and maintain effective fitness programs to suit their training goals. With an active lifestyle that includes participation in competitive and recreational sports, he has always demonstrated the energy and enthusiasm that is necessary to live healthy and strong. Mark has experience in sport specific training for marathons, curling and golf. He has trained with a wide range of clients varying in ages from teenagers to seniors, visually impaired athletes, competitive athletes and weekend warriors.
