The decision was easy, I will become the happy, healthy, kind, active role model, my family (but also myself) deserves. I joined a facility to basically rent a treadmill, there was no family, there was no atmosphere, I knew for me, this was not sustainable. A few months later, I stumbled across IDEAL, and haven’t looked back! I am thrilled to have found the kind, encouraging, compassionate, welcoming qualities I was looking for, within every one of you; coaches, staff and members here at IDEAL. I am humbly grateful for whatever side path I took that led me to IDEAL to continue on my journey of simply being a better version of myself, than I was yesterday.
