When I started my journey, I was fat and totally out of shape. I knew I needed help to change my life. Jeremy never judged me, or told me I didn’t belong. He was always there pushing me and encouraging me when I needed it telling me “you got this” or “you can do it”.  He wouldn’t let me quit. Jeremy had more faith in me than I had in myself. He helped me gain the confidence to try more and do more than I ever did before. Family and friends see a huge difference in me. Even. Jeremy is a wealth of information as far as nutrition goes. Got a question he’s got an answer. Jeremy is so passionate about helping people, and changing lives. He certainly helped me change my life.
